Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Returns Center at honestbabywear.com to start your request.
  2. Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
  3. Pack your items securely and include the original packing slip.
  4. Ship your return using the provided label.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

International Returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
